All our beef is pasture raised 100% GRASS-FED and finished. We rotationally graze, which means we move the cattle to new pastures all the time. And, we work to have stockpiled grasses through the summer, putting up our own hay for winter feed. Our beef is raised on organic pastures/hay or on farm ground that is in the processes of becoming certified organic. This is a three year process requiring organic management and inspection.
Our cattle is raised on our farm and we source a few from neighbors farmers who believe and raise their animals in the same manner.
